WARM WHITE LED LIGHTS AND MODULES FOR
12-30 Volt APPLICATIONS
These SMD LED lights and upgrade kits were designed to be true replacements for the 12 volt interior lights used in RV’s,
Cargo Trailers, Marine and other low voltage, interior applications. These are high density, high output boards generating
510 Lumens of excellent color . Their light output is 42% brighter than the typical 921 bulb that is standard in these types
of lights. They are engineered to maximize
light output while not being damaged by over-voltage (up to 30 VDC). Aside from complete light assemblies, they are also offered
in several kits to easily upgrade your existing lights at an affordable price. Our kits easily fit into Command Electronic
lights and may work with other brands of lights using either wedge-base bulbs or bayonet (BA15S).
What These are not:
All LED’s seem bright, but the useable light output is often less than you expect. While developing this LED
board we wanted an LED assembly that could truly replace incandescent lights and had the same appealing color spectrum. We investigated
the “socket-style” bulb replacements initially. But while these types of LED’s were inexpensive, we found the light
output was 1/6 of an incandescent bulb and often have a harsh, antiseptic, blue-white color. These replacement LED "bulbs" have
their place, but are simply not the equivalent of the incandescent bulbs they are replacing. Our 30 LED boards deliver an amazing
510 Lumens making them 42% brighter than 921 bulbs.
How Bright Are They?
Our 30 LED modules are 42% brighter than the standard incandescent bulbs. Each board puts out 510 Lumens!
They are 6 times brighter than the plug-in bulb style
LED modules. A double light fixture with two of these 30 LED modules is close to the light output of a fluorescent light.
Why Change To LED:
- Energy Efficient. Our LED replacement draws only 0.47 amps compared to a 921 bulb which draws 1.4 amps.
- Less Heat. In tests we have found one LED module to run 150ºF cooler than a single 921 incandescent bulb.
- Excellent Cold Weather Performance. Typically, fluorescent lights have trouble starting up when temperatures exceed When fluorescent lights flicker and fail to start up, the ballast can be damaged and shorten it’s life.
- Increased Reliability. No bulbs or ballasts to replace and LED modules are not affected by vibration. The LED’s in our warm white boards are rated to last 50,000 hours. Typical incandescent bulbs are rated to last between 1,000 and 2,500 hours. These boards are designed to handle voltage fluctuations.
- Earth Friendly. Our warm white LED modules are RoHS compliant and do not contain mercury like fluorescent bulbs.
- Easy installation. If you’re replacing incandescent bulbs in your Command Electronics 800 or 900 series lights, simply remove the old bulb, plug the new board in and replace the new lens for optimum light output.
- Great, Natural Color. Our LED boards use high output Warm White (3,000º K) LEDs. These are not like the typical blue-tint LEDs found in many low power LED applications.
Easy Installation:
These LED modules have 3M VHB high temperature tape pre-applied to the back of the printed circuit board. Installation is easy –
just plug them into your existing light bulb socket and attach with the pre-applied 3M VHB tape. Many of these LED upgrade kits also
include a replacement lens that offers great light diffusion.
Technical Stuff:
These LED lights and
modules operate on 12 to 30 volts DC. In all cases, their amp draw is a fraction of the electrical current requirements of conventional
bulbs and they can reduce the operating temperature of your lights by 150° F per bulb!

your existing Command Electronics 800 & 900 series lights, converting them to LED. All specifications are the same

This board is exactly the same as used in all of our 30 LED warm white lights and conversion kits except it has a BA15S socket
in place of the wedge socket. This board is also excellent for custom applications as the wire leads are a bit longer than those
in our K-900UPG & K-800UPG kits above. All specifications are the same, however, these boards do not include a replacement
polypropylene lens.
Simply unplug your old bayonet style bulbs and plug in this new LED module.
These modules fit industry standard bayonet (BA15S) type sockets and have two inch wire leads.
